1. Why can’t I turn on the car radio?
1.1 please check the voltage of the car radio: 12V
1.2 When you test this car radio, you can combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply. The black line is to the negative power supply.
1.3 Change the same type of fuse to test car radio. Note: Please must use our power cables to connect our car radio, it is not possible to insert the original car jack into our machine directly.
2. While we were driving back, the car radio "hiçbir signal" gösterecektir?
Please check whether the camera’s line is connected to the car radio properly. Note: The video port of the rear camera is connected to the car radio. "FIREPLACE" must plug the port.

4. Why can’t I search FM?

5. Why can’t connect car radio Bluetooth?
5.1. Open the phone settings interface, turn on the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, find the Bluetooth model of the player to pair; If you need a pairing code, enter 0000; if not, try 1234 or 123456.
5.2. Please try using another mobile phone to test this function. Check whether the Bluetooth receiver antenna is connected properly and you still cannot use Bluetooth, please unplug the plug on the back of the player and plug it in after 3 minutes.
6: Bluetooth signal is weak, WiFi signal is weak:
Please check the yellow rear camera input connector and connect it again, there are 2 short cables, these are extension cables of Bluetooth antenna and WiFi antenna, or you can extend them to improve the signal.
7: navigation map not working,
Check if the GPS has a signal, click GPS signal detection if there is a signal, then reload a new map or turn on the mobile WiFi hotspot. If there is no GPS signal, leave the garage and test the GPS interface voltage on the road. The voltage must be 3.3V, otherwise the GPS antenna must be replaced.

11:radio can’t be on
11.1. The condition for turning on the radio is connecting ACC (G3) and 12V (G2) to the positive pole of the vehicle’s 12V power supply. And G1 is connected to the negative pole of the power supply. There may be a very small possibility that the power cord does not fit your car. You can connect these 3 power cables directly to the car’s power cable without the radio
11.2. It may happen that the connecting wire of the radio comes off during shipping, just open the back cover to check and reconnect the connecting wire inside
11.3. If you can’t open it after checking the above steps, please send us a video for confirmation. The video needs to show that the power cord is connected normally and test the connection cord with the electric meter to be 12V.
