Shipment will be arranged within 3 business days after payment is cleared as long as you’re the buyer. and shipping address is confirmed.

Small package within 2.0kgs usually exclude china post/HK post remote area fee, for addresses listed in remote areas on DHL/UPS website, an extra US$40 will becharged.
Import tax:
We are not responsible for any import taxes, custom fees or customs delays. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyer refusing to pay the above fees, we will not resend the parcel until the buyer completes these fees and pays all the return and resend cost. Buyer cannot cancel the order or request refund for the above reason.
Return and warranty:
All items are brand new from the factory. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after signon receipt. We will refund or replace.
Return and repair can be made within 1 year from the date of purchase.
It is customers’ responsibility to pay return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send back the refund to our customer after it must be confirmed by the service staff, we are not responsible for any returned package without prior notice. An administrative fee applies for non-defective returns.
We offer one year factory warranty (accessories not included).
The warranty will be canceled as follows:
Damage caused by: excessive wear and tear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or use, neglect, accident.
Any damage caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
If the item has been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
