1. Why can’t I turn on the car radio?
1, check car radio voltage: 12V
2, when you test this car radio, you can combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply. Black line to negative power supply.
3, change the same type of fuse to test the car radio. Note: Please must use our power cables to connect our car radio, it is not possible to insert the original car jack into our machine directly.
2. The car radio will show “no signal” when we go back?
Please check whether the camera’s line is connected to the car radio properly. Note: The video port of the rear camera must plug the “CAMIN” port of the car radio.
3. Why does the camera flash “!” when I use USB to watch videos? and it displays “I can’t watch videos while driving”?
Please turn off the “Video alert” function in settings, then it will be ok.
4. Why can’t I search FM?
1: no radio antenna installed;
2: Check whether the radio antenna is installed. Please install more antennas several times to ensure good communication;
3: Your location’s signal is not good. Please move to a better place to test again
4: The radio antenna on the car is broken/no effect; Please replace the radio antenna and test again.
5. Why can’t connect car radio Bluetooth?
1. Open the phone settings interface, turn on the Bluetooth function, search for Bluetooth devices, find the player’s Bluetooth model to pair; If you need a pairing code, enter 0000; if not, try 1234 or 123456.
2. Please try using another mobile phone to test this function. Check whether the Bluetooth receiver antenna is connected properly and you still cannot use Bluetooth, please unplug the plug on the back of the player and plug it in after 3 minutes.
6: Is the Bluetooth signal weak or the WiFi signal weak?
Please check the yellow rear camera input connector and connect it again, there are 2 short cables, these are extension cables of Bluetooth antenna and WiFi antenna, or you can extend them to improve the signal.
7: navigation map not working?
Check if GPS has a signal, click GPS signal detection,
If there is a signal, reload a new map or turn on the mobile WiFi hotspot.
If there is no GPS signal, leave the garage and test the GPS interface voltage on the road.
The voltage must be 3.3V, otherwise the GPS antenna must be replaced.
8: Is the display screen abnormal?
Please click the one-button recovery button, if it cannot be solved, remove the screw on the back, check whether the display cable is loose and reconnect the display cable.

10: can’t the radio be turned on?
1. The condition for turning on the radio is connecting ACC (G3) and 12V (G2) to the positive pole of the vehicle’s 12V power supply. And G1 is connected to the negative pole of the power supply. There may be a very small possibility that the power cord does not fit your car. You can connect these 3 power cables directly to the car’s power cable without the radio,
2. It may happen that the connecting wire of the radio comes off during shipping, just open the back cover to check and reconnect the connecting wire inside
